Patriot JV and Preps won their opening games on Saturday while Varsity had a bye.  The JV beat the North Charlotte Colts in overtime 12-6 and the Preps had a 19 – 0 shutout over the University Jaguars.  Next week the Preps have a bye while the JV will play the  Cowboys in Charlotte at East Mecklenburg High School, game start time 11:15.  The Varsity will open its season against the Raiders in Charlotte at 1 PM, at East Mecklenburg High School.  The Varsity will Play a second game in Charlotte at 5:00 PM on the same day against Mint Hill.
